I had the most wonderful and relaxing spa session at Tattva Wellness Spa at Le Meridien Ahmedabad hotel. The therapist Elishaa was excellent and made me feel very comfortable. Spa Manager Armaan is most gentle and excellent personality person and well knowledgeable about the spa. Therapist massage technique was perfect and the whole atmosphere was so soothing. Facilities are very well maintained and very cleaned. I left feeling completely refreshed. Thank you to the entire team for making my day happy and relaxed!

The place is great, but the service is below average compared to other five-star spas.
This was our second visit. The first time, we had a good experience with the spa. However, the second time was quite disappointing. The quality of the treatment itself was poor and nowhere close to what we expected from a five-star spa. There was also heavy traffic and vehicle-honking noise in the treatment room, the bathroom flooded, and the overall experience was completely ruined.
What was even more disappointing was the way our feedback was handled. The front office did not seem to care enough when we raised these concerns.
During our first visit, I had also given feedback about the shampoo and shower gel being kept inside plastic containers in the steam room. Since the steam room operates at a high temperature, keeping these products inside the heated steam chamber is not appropriate and raises concerns regarding the quality and safety of products being exposed to prolonged heat. Unfortunately, it appears that no action was taken on this feedback.
When we shared our concerns about the poor treatment quality and the overall below-average experience during our second visit, the feedback was again not received constructively. Instead, we ended up having an argument, which made the experience even more unpleasant.
Unfortunately, this will be our last visit here.
I will also be reporting the issue regarding the shampoo and shower gel being kept inside the heated steam room directly to the Le Méridien management, as I believe it deserves their attention.
