My wife and I booked a couple's spa package that explicitly included a steam session. However, upon reaching the spa, we were bluntly told that they do not even have a steam facility. To compensate for this missing amenity, they simply changed the type of massage oil they used, which felt like a complete letdown and not an equal trade-off at all. Beyond the false advertising, the environment was severely lacking. The spa room had absolutely zero ambiance—there wasn't even a single candle to set a relaxing mood. The shower room was exactly the same, in a totally rundown condition that completely ruined the premium feel you expect from a spa day. As for the actual treatment, the massage was just okay, nothing great. Overall, it was a very underwhelming experience that did not deliver on what was promised. Would not recommend.

Pathetic and disgusting. Totally irresponsible behaviour of staff, i had my booking done in advance, I got booking confirmation message, when I reach the center they said they don’t have my booking. I have called to online customer support number those people are worst at service. Everytime someone picking up call and asking for details and then saying , we will check and call you back. I was there for 1.5 hrs. They didn’t give any solution. Very very cheap spa. They have single room and single therapist. Online they show they don’t have few services but at center secretly they were having some services directly.

I had bad experience at tattva spa at Fairfield hotel they don't have A.C and they didn't provide Sona or Steam after spa session and while booking they didn't mention that they don't have any sona or steam. Not happy with the service.
