We booked for a massage and a facial. Initially mentioned abt redeeming a coupon and they told we can do that when paying. But on reaching the centre we were informed we have to book online to use the coupon and their website is not very user friendly. Had to spend an hour in this before starting the services. I did a swedish massage and my wife did shine facial each for 60mins. The service was excellent and ambience was great! One point is there was water dripping in the room probably from ac which was little disturbing. But otherwise everything was great and staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel lobby at Pullman needs to send a key card for access for outside hotel spa vistors or get somebody to accompany them until they reach the spa, because there are doors and check points at multiple place that need key card access.
