I booked my appointment for Saturday 7am, so I reached outside of the door at 6:50 . I kept ringing the door bell , even I called the mobile number on which I received in appointment message but nobody answered and open the door . Then I went to reception and told him about the same and they told will check . It really ridiculous and lathergic approach towards guest. Please don’t act with your guest who willing to get rejuvenate by the spiritual body massage . Hope you will take this feedback in a positive way for further corrective measure

Made reservations twice here 10 days apart, both times had to cancel as they do not have a working shower on the premises. Wiping with tissues after an oil massage was the given alternate solution to the shower problem.

The only star is for the massage therapist herself, who did a good job. Otherwise, everything about this place was terrible. The shower was not working and they didn't bother to inform me before my appointment. They did not even give a towel after the end of the massage. They send a form to be filled before the appointment but it's absolutely useless because they don't pay any heed to the requests stated in the form. For the prices they charge, there are much better places in Chennai. Also, it seems the hospitality is better if you are a foreigner. Take that as you will, and avoid this place.

Let me start off by saying that the only reason I've given this place 2 stars is because my therapist was good and gave a good leg massage. For the spa and administration itself, I've minused 3 stars from the 5 star service and it lands at 2 stars. I made a reservation on the net and despite a mail confirmation, I was made to wait for one hour on the appointed day and to the worst experience ever, they then have the gall to tell me that my name is not reflecting in the system and they cannot "fit me in" because there is only one room!!! I had to raise my voice and talk to the Hotel's manager before they gave me an appointment for the next day! Basically, the sense I got is that the client's time is so worthless that they have to accommodate the spa! The frustration was really increased when the hotel manager initially had the gall to say that the service is outsourced to Tattva and so the hotel should not be held responsible. Only after a sound round of talking-to, did the manager talk to the Spa HQ and sort it out. With all this, I had now wasted 2 hours of my time here. The next day, thankfully, the service was completed, but the damage had been done. Also, found the actual location of the spa very inconvenient as it's situated up a flight of 10-12 steps near the gym in a dinghy little room, with the passageway to the gym serving as the spa lobby and wait area. It's not a premium experience which one may expect from a hotel of this name!!! Never ever coming back here again!

Hygiene is well observed by the staff and masseuse by providing us with disposable garments for massage. Masseuse are very well experienced and careful regarding your massage preferences.
