Her technique was excellent, and I could feel the stress and tiredness leaving my body. After the massage, I felt so refreshed, light, and deeply relaxed. The facility itself is very clean and smells great. It is located adjacent to the Hyatt Centric hotel in Janakpuri. The massage I opted for included stretching, and a deep tissue massage all over my body. Since I lift weights, I do need a strong massage to relax the many knots all over my body. Mercy kept checking up on me to make sure she was using proper pressure. She is quite strong, so be prepared for that if you ask for a hard massage. To get the full experience, I would suggest relaxing afterwards before going out a very noisy Janakpuri.

If you want to spend money on relaxing your body, you always look for brands who have premises on 5 star properties but to my surprise the tatva spa centre, ambience, therapist and infrastructure looks like shady spa centers running around. When I complained about the ask me to provide images of the premises and then will provide compensation of my loss. I am sharing the conversation so you can save yourself too. FYI... I SPENT 5300 FOR THE SERVICE WHICH WE CAN GET FOR 1000.
