I got the massage by therapist Namakachi (if I'm not mistaken) However, quoting other reviews in google as well, I gotta agree that the room condition really needed upgrade and maintenance. The room was quite humid with mold, peeling wall, some parts were dirty/ dusty as well Would give 5 stars for the massage only. The room situation is hard to rate even....

I was quite surprised that after booking a treatment a day in advance and receiving a booking confirmation, upon arriving at the spa, they couldn’t even locate my booking. I had to rebook on the spot, and luckily, I managed to get the same slot. The treatment itself was mediocre at best, but what really compounded my disappointment was the condition of the facilities. The floor, walls, shower, steam room, and jacuzzi were all in terrible shape—either broken or damaged. The steam room bench was peeling paint, which felt unhygienic and poorly maintained. The sofas were disgustingly dirty, and whether they had cushions or not seemed irrelevant given their state. It’s shocking to witness such neglect. Despite introducing the Tatva brand for services, the infrastructure is so poor that it’s hard to believe this is a Radisson property. I left feeling thoroughly let down and would never recommend anyone to visit Radisson's spa for a treatment.

I was ushered by Rossy who did an excellent job of giving me a Foot Massage. I really felt Relaxed after the massage. Will love to go back again to the tattva Spa soon.
