My husband and I visited Tattva Spa, Magarpatta today and really loved their services. We wanted to pamper ourselves post hectic schedules personally and professionally - Nzan at the front desk helped us with appropriate recommendations. My husband went with back massage and Elmina did a wonderful job wrt the pressure applied, focusing on relieving stiffness in the back and shoulders. I went for a deep tissue massage and Angel really spent a good amount of effort massaging to relieve stiffness. We're really energized while also relaxed and that's commendable! Definitely worth visiting.

It was a lovely afternoon spent here at Tattva, nestled in the woods it was such a beautiful experience. It didn’t feel like we were in the midst of the city life. The spa room was spacious and comfortable. They could’ve had better toiletry products but overall the ambience was great! Parvinder - the manager was sweet and helpful. Asang and angel - the masseuse, were great. They understood the request well and were cooperative.

My husband gifted me a gift voucher for the spa. At the time of booking my appointment I informed the person helping me that I had the voucher and went ahead and booked 2 therapies after being told there was a 50 percent discount on the full body massage on weekdays during certain time slots . After I arrived I was informed the discount wasn’t applicable on gift vouchers. It wasn’t about the money but rather the principle that this was never mentioned to me at all. After speaking to several senior managers too the company refused to take ownership of their staff members mistake and would not even refund the gift voucher sum to the original purchaser ! Extremely disappointed by the experience which I was looking forward to as I visit India just once a year . I don’t think I’d ever be able to recommend the same to anyone but I will give a shoutout to Parwinder , at the front desk, who seemed to be the only person who genuinely wanted to help and made the effort to as well.

Place is full of big black mosquitos as soon as you reach the reception. I was told its a location issue. Its a big risk of making visitors fall sick! There were 2 towels in my spa room, both torn! I cannot get over this thought, how can you keep torn towels when you are charging so much, Extra for oils? Complained at the reception, the guy said I am new. He went to check with the therapists, who I could hear laughing aloud. They told him all the towels are like that, what can they do. Seriously! Either you are a loss making entity or do not care. These 2 issues overpower how the therapy was. Pathetic! And their gesture, get 50% Mon-Thurs, use within 1 month. So you skip work to get 50% off after that experience! I have already reached out to the toll free no. and escalation email, got this 50% no use offer.This spa is least bothered, arrogant attitude.

(Original) Das Securitypersonal außerhalb wusste erstmal nichts von einem Spa innerhalb des Komplex und schickte mich wieder weg, dann aber doch Einlass bekommen am nächsten Tor. Ganz hinten im Urwald im Untergeschoss dann wurde ich fündig. Die Massage war sehr intensiv und tiefgehend. Auch am Tag danach noch spürbar. Örtlichkeit ist sehr Sauber und habe mich stehts wohl gefühlt. Es sind nicht die günstigsten im Umkreis, dafür bekommt man mehr als die gebuchten 60 Minuten. Daumen hoch dafür

TLDR: Our appointment was not valid according to the staff on site and they turned us away, but not before the main office took our money. Haven't received a refund, got no services. Update: We received vouchers instead of a refund, but since we are out of town now they will be used by family instead. At least something worked out! What good are supposedly wonderful services if they are not offered promptly? We scheduled an appointment for a couples massage and the staff turned us away saying that they couldn't find our appointment. They didn't bother to check with a manager, just told us to figure it out. When our "lost" appointment was ultimately "found" we had left, and they insisted we come back after being treated really poorly. We just wanted a refund, and haven't received it after 2-3 weeks. I held off on writing the review hoping they would correct this but nothing has happened yet. This entire experience was disappointing; I had heard a great deal about the services but the way we were treated was not okay.

Please avoid this place. It is by far the worst service I have ever experienced. I had my appointment here (which I confirmed over the phone and my payment has been credited as well). When I got there my appointment was not found in their system. I was then asked to leave the premise, only to get a call 45 minutes later that they found my appointment. I had already left (obviously). I called their customer care to get a refund and they still haven't processed the refund and it has been over 2 weeks. This experience has left a bitter taste and I really don't want their service. As per the Consumer protection act I am entitled for a refund to a service that I paid for and didn't get! But I have been denied that over and over again. I have been offered vouchers for future use, but with such horrendous services I obviously don't want to go here and just want a refund. Extremely poor services for a premium location. You are better off going somewhere else than get scammed here. I strongly encourage people to go somewhere else. There are better places which understand the fundamentals of services. TLDR: took money, no appointment, later said appointment was there when I couldn't go, don't want to refund the amount to me and are offering vouchers that I don't want. Poor service overall. Avoid!
