Hi, Yes, my spa service started with a warm welcome with a bislery water bottle by their staff and after that they filled an online form which was of general questions about my body and spa related queries, and then I asked them to suggest me best spa and facial for my skin type , so i go for swedish body massage and young and radiant facial glow for neglected skin type, to question me to Mao about neglected skin type she told me it's a combination of the skin rather of that negative term " neglected", which was start of positivity from the spa center. Yes I went for the spa and facial, it was so relaxing and yes I got a radiant smile on my face. Thanks to the TATTVA. And lastly I got a warm green tea with perfect amount of honey.

Worst nightmare. Overall spa quality not good. Just rubbing the oil with light hand (not even light pressure). When ask to increase pressure to moderate also denied by therapist. Too arrogant with denied. There is no stretching before the message. Just start rubbing with oil and somehow manage to finish at earliest. Therapist also using her elbow rather than using palm, which result more pain. No skill of how to do massage. Couple of time ask for change therapist to reception but no luck. They waste my 3 hrs (including travel), totally disappointed.

But in the room there was not hair dryer, no cupboard to store the belongings, the towels had a odd smell, in the shower the faucet for the shower was broken and the light was too dim, there was no bath mat outside the shower room, the toilet also had a foul smell. Overall, it was not a great experience as per the room quality.

Does not meet expectations. - Got myself their "best" massage therapy, costing around 6k. - Staff double booked me, but then did their best to accommodate me on expressing my dissatisfaction. - Therapist skills were fine. - Towels were not clean, had smell of some oil. - Staff is not fluent in English/Hindi/Marathi which was a bit inconvenient and surprising. - No instructions were provided before/during/after the massage, apart from choosing the oil.

Staying in double tree Hilton came across Tattva spa. We were received by Kaplana with a nice smile. The ambience was very relaxing and the massage room was well decked with all necessary items and light music and lighting. The massage given by Kaplana really surprised me. There was a good amount of attention on every body part. The pressure level and strokes use of elbow palms are the right pressure points really rejuvenated me. I feel completely relaxed and didn’t want me massage to be over. The experience followed by a warm shower was really amazing
