It's a very normal SPA. I have moved back from Malaysia after 4 years and I was expecting a good massage. I asked for a deep tissue massage which is without oil however, they said it's oil massage and asked to select an oils which was extra charged. Don't want to get into more detail but it was 1 out of 5 ... nothing relaxing at all.

Very poor service. Staff don’t have clear idea about ongoing offers. So much confusion with everything. Wastage of time. They didn’t have hair dryer at their centre. They were searching for it here and there still they didn’t got it and wasted my time again. It was my husband’s birthday so wanted to surprise him and booked appointment 1 week prior and informed about his birthday still there was no special ceremony or decoration. They kept telling us sorry and sorry. Very disappointing and will never recommend anyone. They should improve their customer service.

I would advise taking any membership with Tattva Spa as the offers they promise when yoj pay the full amount are reversed towards the end and they ask for proof. In my case, I was offered 8 sessions and I was only given 7. The extra one offered was denied asking me proof in whatsapp for that one session offer. Then I was told it is based on money and I have consumed everything. Very bad experience. The facility is clean and staff are pleasant. Always had a nice experience here. Thank you.

Absolutely unprofessional, confused and rude outlet. First of all the frontdesk lady does not know anything about services and prices of the services. On tattva website prices are different for the same outlet while when you visit here they will tell you higher prices. Don't book from the customer care number which comes on clicking call icon at the website. The customer care people will tell you to not book from the website and instead they will book appointment for you directly and they will tell you that you can go to the outlet and redeem your gift card etc. But, in reality I would recommend to book yourself from the website as the outlet and customer care will backtrack on their words saying website has some hidden backend discounts already applied on carts (which is untrue and fraudulent). The outlet manager will not honour the website prices if your booking is not prepaid. And customer care guy will just shamelessly lie saying whatever manager is saying is final price and will keep saying website shows starting price, well I am at the checkout page of website and he is giving me nonsense. Fishy part is that both of these guys say at the outlet that go ahead and book a prepaid appointment from website if you want. Now, obviously if you have already reached the outlet based on earlier appointment then how are you supposed to now start making a prepaid booking yourself from the website for some other slot, what to do till next slot and they won't even let you sit there at the reception by the way! What a scam! And prepaid booking too is risky for this particular outlet, because manager of the outlet was not confident about preapid booking from website as he told us to first check with customer care and then make the transaction. And after transaction he will connect with customer care. So basically first pay on website, get trapped and then these guys will start talking to each other and then God knows what kind of a scam this would turn into. So please avoid this outlet, and if you do need to take the services then book yourself from their website as a prepaid booking. Also, be ready for lack of service as staff told us they didn't have tools for blackhead removing for the facial services, which seems odd considering this is not a roadside spa and blackhead removing tool is not a rare commodity. And cherry on the cake, while I was talking and sorting things out with Tattva customer care, the lady at front desk asked us to leave and sit somewhere else as she says guests will be coming soon! That's the taste of their rudeness, I mean we were not there for a job interview after all, we were also guests visiting for the service that too with an appointment booked weeks ago! Would suggest to avoid this particular outlet and explore outlets at Magarpatta or Viman Nagar maybe if you have Tattva gift card! Otherwise just look out for other spa chains.

I have booked an appointment for a couple spa on 15 aug and it was the worst experience for us. 1) Therapists were not efficient. We felt pain after the massage . it was not relaxing. 2) They don't have basic things like Bathrobe , Dryer and one of the assistants said they have a bath robe but it's not clean.. 3) They forced me to take a steam bath and shower in GENTS WASHROOM as they have further bookings of other clients. For these pathetic services they charged 9000 from me. I have paid the full amount but I was not expecting this from Tattva Staff. It's not like I have never come along with tattva , I had good experiences with them but not this time. It was so Pathetic services Please take some necessary action so at least the customer goes happy & relaxed

Utterly unprofessional staff. I booked an appointment for my friend yesterday as a gift on her birthday. I was going to surprise her. Booked a spa for 5PM. They called at around 3PM and changed my slot to 7:30 PM same day. Aashi 'texted' me around 6:30PM saying "I'm sorry mai aapka aaj ka appointment cancel karrahi hu". She didn't bother calling me to inform about the cancellation. I was in no-wifi zone so didn't receive the message untill all got ready and left for the Spa center. I was mid-way when I finally saw her message at 7:20PM. I had to tell my friend that her surprise is cancelled, It was extremely embarrassing for me! We both were very excited the whole day and my one and only birthday gift for her got ruined poorly! This was the first time I booked a spa at Tattva, and it's definitely the last time.
