The ambiance was calming, and the service was top-notch. A special thanks to Miracky, the staff member who took care of my session. She was extremely professional, gentle, and made me feel very comfortable throughout. I fully enjoyed the entire massage and the treatment provided — it was deeply relaxing and refreshing. They welcomed me with a lovely kokam sherbet, which added a special touch. And after the session, I was served green tea, which felt just right to end the spa experience. Terrible Experience – Zero Professionalism! I booked a couple’s spa for my husband and me, expecting a relaxing experience, but it turned into a complete disaster. Upon arrival, the receptionist explained various things except the most crucial detail—they didn’t have a male masseuse. Shockingly, we only found out after changing into spa wear and lying on the massage bed! How is this acceptable? Consent is a basic requirement, and neither the appointment team nor the receptionist bothered to inform us beforehand. When we raised the issue, the manager casually mentioned that they don’t even have a male masseuse on payroll—which means they were never going to provide the service as expected! This is India, not Bangkok. And, it’s a spa, not an haircut. Why take couple’s spa bookings when you can’t provide proper service? The lack of communication and professionalism was appalling. This was supposed to be a relaxing experience, but instead, it left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. If they had simply asked us before the session started, we wouldn’t have wasted our time. Horrible customer service, zero accountability—absolutely not worth it! Avoid this place unless you’re okay with being misled.

I was given a gift voucher to Tattva for my birthday and thought that it would be the highlight of the day, a relaxing spa with the magical fingers of Miraki (I hope I spelt the name right) . She's excellent and is very conscious of the pressure she puts and makes sure by asking if the pressure is right. Also, lets the spa to relax all your tired muscles. But it wasn't just the spa. On knowing it was my birthday, they even procured a small cake for me to cut! Which was such a beautiful touch! Thanks so much for making my birthday better than it could have been. One of my best spa experiance overall at the Tattva spa courtyard Marriot Pune . The reception at the spa itself was very pleasant . we were warmly greeted and made comfortable a very smart girl called RABINA , who explained to us ab0ut available products etc. Me and my wife had gone to the spa for an ayurvedic Potli massage which was excellent . The healers in charge of the massage was LIKAI and MIRACKY. One could say that they were very experienced and excellent with their work . The ambiance, aroma and lighting of the rooms were perfect . Overall a wonderful experiance for Body, mind and spirit . HIGHLY RECOMENDED .

The overall experience was great, very relaxing. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The masseuse are skilled and are very mindful of your comfort every moment of the experience. The only feedback is that the quantity of the welcome drink was very less, must be about 50ml. Had booked a Head Message through CRED. Was sent confirmation on WhatsApp which said I can reschedule it 4 hours prior if needed. Tried calling them since 6 hours prior to the appointment time but no one ever answers the call and they have only one helpline. Finally, the call was answered just few mins before my appointment and was told that the CRED T&C say we can't reschedule if it's book through them. Nowhere on the CRED app it's mentioned like that. Asked that rep to send me the link where it's mentioned, he kept saying on "Cred App". I went through whole T&C for the app but nothing. So in short I got fooled by them after planning my whole day accordingly and was such a wastage of time!! Very bad customer service and would not recommend to anyone ever.

After a long hike in the hot sun of Pune, it was a real pleasure to enjoy a tonic massage at the Tattva Spa. The staff makes you feel very confortable and the atmosphere is relaxing. The healer was very skilled and could spot the stiff points in my body to focus on them. A would do again experience !

Very nice staff and facility. The massage was great (Swedish) and the therapist was very pleasant. I would recommend and will return again...soon!! I returned for a second massage a week later and had the same great experience. The massage therapist (Asang) was great, again, and the young lady at the desk, Mughatoli, was also very friendly and efficient. I'm sure to go back at least one more time before I leave. I really enjoy this spa. Third times the charm. I returned to Taatva for a third time and had a different masseuse but the same result. It was a very good experience and Mughatoli gave an excellent massage, much like Asang. I like the consistency and would recommend anyone to visit this spa.

Happened to visit this spa for the first time when I was staying at the Courtyard Marriot Hinjewadi. The first impression itself was truly amazing. The whole atmposhere there is relaxing and certainly makes you feel wanting to visit again. Ambiance is pleasant - with slightly darker tones and pleasant lighting and soothing music. I am sure they also use some relaxing fragrance. You immediately feel relaxed when you get to the reception. The manager, Sangeetha, who receives you at the reception, is a very friendly person and she makes sure that you get the best possible experience, depending on what your needs are. She is quite knowledgable and charming and makes you feel immediately comfortable. Even when I went there without an appointment, she gladly made sure that I get the best service. The welcome drink is kokum drink, which does taste a bit different and good. Kudos to the person who designed the decor. Those dark tones and suitable music and all other accesories makes you forget other stress and immediately relaxed. The star of this establishment is the therapist ofcourse. Amanda was my therapist and she certainly knows her trade. She knows exactly what to do for the conditions you specify. When I went with a muscle twist in my arm or soar muscles, each of the time she relieved me of the pain with concenterated therapy. On top of it, she is a friendly person, who does listen to what is required and treats accordingly. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated.The steam bath facility is quite good here, so does the other facilities. After therapy, the herbal tea given, relaxes you further and gets you ready to face the stresses of life :) Highly recommended
