I would NOT recommend the unit at Janakpuri there were no bathrobes,no slippers no foot mat the towel was torn.... highly dissapointed had to call the reception from google website to ask someone to attend to us after the massge as there was no other option to ask for slippers ... or bathroom slippers asked for water was served with out a glass.. did not expect this at Hyaat centric.. Also to add on the package says head massage .. they did not give any head massage .. even after asking them they did not offer steam bath inspite of availability there were no one else in the spa..

Worst Spa experience. They were really unprofessional. We got the appointment at 10 o'clock but we were asked to reschedule it to 11 O'clock.We waited for an hour and there was only cleaning lady. All the staff reached at 11 O'clock. Towel was torn, bathroom was dirty. The aroma oil they used for defuser was not good.Towel was too dirty..They did not even asked to which oil they should use. There were no bath robes,Towels were torn no slippers,when asked for water there were no glasses only 1 liter of glass bottle was served ...inspite of availability we asked but were not offered for steam and then the manager asked us to use in steam after were ready to leave... just to ask for slippers after the massage we had to make phone call the reception. Also the bathroom had no mats... please do not visit this spa. Also the massage was not well done they did not even touch our fingers and head massage was not done inspite of included in massage.. When complained they offered 30 minutes of free spa for one person.. where we booked as couple and poor service was rendered for both.. Do not visit Tatvaa their after sales is pathetic .. would like to give no stars.. but have to give 1.

I recently visited Tattva Spa for a Swedish massage and had a very good experience. The spa was highly professional—perhaps even a little too professional at times 😄. My therapist, Unni, was exceptionally skilled and seemed to know exactly how to work on areas of tension and discomfort. By the end of the session, my body felt noticeably lighter, more relaxed, and refreshed. The 60-minute session passed by surprisingly quickly. The only area I feel could be improved is the level of interaction during the treatment. A brief conversation at the beginning about specific concerns, pressure preferences, or areas needing extra attention—and perhaps a little friendly small talk—could make the experience feel more personalized and comfortable. The entire session was quite serious and silent. Overall, it was an excellent massage, and I would definitely recommend Tattva Spa, especially if you are looking for a professional and effective treatment. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

Absolutely pathetic spa. I specifically asked for a trained and experienced therapist during booking, yet they sent someone who clearly had almost no experience. Within 5 minutes it was obvious she had no proper technique. When I asked for a replacement, the manager arrogantly said customers can’t choose therapists, completely missing the point that I was asking for competent staff, not making a “choice.” To top it off, he lied to my face claiming she had 2 years of experience. Unprofessional, dishonest, and a total waste of money. Avoid this place.

Avoid this branch like a plague!! I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience yesterday. 1. Massage quality & safety: Before the session began, I clearly mentioned that I needed focused attention on my lower back, left leg, and upper back. Instead of relief, I returned home with new back pain that I did not have before the session. I am currently unable to engage in physical activity and instead need time to recover. Normally, therapists check the massage pressure if it's a new client and always start on the gentler side. But the therapist I was assigned (don't want to name anyone here because it seems to be a training issue) here applied excessive pressure on my lower back. I explicitly asked her to go softer during the massage, yet the pressure remained extremely uncomfortable. When a client communicates discomfort, it is the therapist’s responsibility to adjust immediately. I have had multiple massages from licensed therapists abroad. I have never once returned home in pain. This makes me seriously question the adequacy of the training provided. Also, these resemble more closely to street-side “maalish”. 2. Hygiene & safety concerns: I don't even know how you have the Janakpuri centre operational when you are experimenting with the effectiveness of pesticides. This was the most disturbing part. The massage bed was wooden, with an adjustable top layer that creates a gap between two wooden panels. While I was lying face down on the headrest, I saw a cockroach inside that gap, right where my face was placed. After informing the therapist, the staff was called in, and the insect was killed. However, I later noticed what appeared to be roach eggs in the same crevice. Imagine being in a vulnerable position, face down, and seeing a cockroach centimetres away. It was deeply unsettling. Housekeeping staff informed me that pesticides had been sprayed in the room. Conducting body-based therapies in a space treated with chemical pesticides is alarming. This is a serious safety and sanitation failure. I can't imagine why a five-star hotel like Hyatt is hosting such a third-party organisation. 3. Overall service gaps: There appears to be a significant gap between what's on the website and what is actually delivered at the operational level. But honestly, the above two issues were so bad that I don't even care for foot cleaning or sauna at this point. My massage was interrupted because they had to call staff in the middle of the session. They could have offered a different room, a refund of payment or extra time, but it seems that everyone knows about the issue and is too complacent to be bothered to think about the customer. So, my two cents, if you really need massage, check with your local parlour and ask for a maalish and save your 3000+ rupees and the discomfort of lying next to a moving cockroach while you are almost naked.

Really great! I took the deep sleep massage which was 120 minutes long and there were so many different types of massage and techniques used. It was also clean and there is a nice personal bathroom to freshen up after the treatment. My only remark would be that they put an electrical heater in the room. But the oils and massage already made me feel warm, that was a bit too much heat haha.

I had a phenomenal 90 minute massage today with Mercy. I was never rushed through out the whole process, which included a steam room afterwards, a shower, followed up by sitting down and enjoying a cup of tea. The facility itself is very clean and smells great. It is located adjacent to the Hyatt Centric hotel in Janakpuri. The massage I opted for included stretching, and a deep tissue massage all over my body. Since I lift weights, I do need a strong massage to relax the many knots all over my body. Mercy kept checking up on me to make sure she was using proper pressure. She is quite strong, so be prepared for that if you ask for a hard massage. To get the full experience, I would suggest relaxing afterwards before going out a very noisy Janakpuri.

Though intense at times, the massage was incredibly effective in relieving the knots and tightness I’d been experiencing. The ambiance was soothing, with soft lighting and calming music, which helped me relax. After the session, I felt a noticeable improvement in my mobility and a significant reduction in muscle pain. It’s definitely a more intense massage, but the results were worth it. I’ll be booking another session soon. Highly recommended!

If you want to spend money on relaxing your body, you always look for brands who have premises on 5 star properties but to my surprise the tatva spa centre, ambience, therapist and infrastructure looks like shady spa centers running around. When I complained about the ask me to provide images of the premises and then will provide compensation of my loss. I am sharing the conversation so you can save yourself too. FYI... I SPENT 5300 FOR THE SERVICE WHICH WE CAN GET FOR 1000.
